This website is deliberately simple: no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no content embedded from other providers. This page explains which data is still processed and what happens to it. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Hosting
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. in San Francisco (USA). When you visit it, Netlify processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page you requested and your browser, in order to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse. Netlify is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so transfers to the USA are adequately protected. More in Netlify’s privacy statement.
Enquiry form and email
When you send the form on the Commissions page, your details (name, email address, type of commission, deadline and message) are transmitted via Netlify and stored there. Netlify checks every submission automatically with the spam filter Akismet and then forwards it to me by email. My mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail). The same applies if you email me directly.
I only use these details to answer your enquiry and to carry out any commission that follows. I don’t pass them on, and I delete them once they’re no longer needed, unless the law requires me to keep them (for example accounting records for a commission).
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts, images and videos are all hosted on this website itself; no data is sent to Google Fonts, YouTube or similar services when you visit.
Links to other websites
Links to Steam, itch.io and other sites lead to third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time which data I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Just send me an email. If you think I’m not handling your data correctly, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
